"my wife and i have used this app for the last 3, almost 4 years. we took a trip to austin, texas and tried to request an uber. we kept having issues with payment method and decided that adding uber cash might fix our problem. it took the $50 out of the account and put it on our uber cash however we still had the same payment issue message. after spending several hours trying to resolve the issue, i finally got an email stating that i had violated the terms and service agreement. we have never had any prior issues with uber or any of the drivers. i've always left very generous tips to the drivers and i've never messed up an ubers vehicle. my account was deleted on april 25th, 2022 by uber. they refuse to refund the $50 uber cash that i bought hoping to resolve our previous payment problems. 0/5 stars on everything about uber. worst experience i've ever had on vacation. i think i'll be contacting an attorney due to the lack of refund.",213,,1,0,1,3,2

i downloaded uber and they asked for my number to verify but i didn't receive any verification text. i tried it over 50 times and i tried uninstalling then reinstalling. i tried restarting my phone but nothing works.
